崗位職責(zé)

prepare and ac*****modate all daily food products and guest requests.
準(zhǔn)備和提供每日廚房運(yùn)作所必需的各項(xiàng)食品原材料.
maintain at all times proper cleanliness and hygiene in all work‚ store and refrigeration areas.
保持工作區(qū)、儲藏區(qū)及冷藏區(qū)的整潔，并保持所有這些區(qū)域符合衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
assist in preparation of all relevant mise en place for future use.
幫助并準(zhǔn)備各項(xiàng)以后廚房運(yùn)作所需要的準(zhǔn)備工作.
offer support and guidance to cooks and trainee cooks at all times.
隨時對廚工和實(shí)習(xí)生提供幫助并加以督導(dǎo)

相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、技能要求

good team player and able to work under pressure
良好的團(tuán)隊合作精神，能夠在壓力下工作
serious‚ confident‚takes initiative‚customer-oriented
認(rèn)真自信，積極主動，以客戶為導(dǎo)向
interested in f&b
有意從事服務(wù)行業(yè)
relevant work experience preferred
有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
english speaking is preferred
英語熟練者優(yōu)先
